RV Park Rules and Information

Pets are not to be left unattended outside at your campsite – Pets must be accompanied by an owner at ALL times.
Pets are not allowed to be chained or tied up on the property.
Dogs must be supervised at all times, and on a leash per Alabama state law.
Barking or aggressive pets will not be tolerated and can result in termination of the Rental Agreement without a refund.
Pet Waste Policy: Pet owners shall pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately. Any pet owner who doesn’t abide by the Pet Waste Policy will be fined $25 per violation.

Grills, chairs, tables, propane, and plant containers allowed on patios. All other items must be stored under RV.
No boats or trailers without approval.
No permanent structures of any kind allowed.
One outdoor storage container is allowed and must be placed on patio.
RV must be kept clean and in good condition. (No tarps or duct tape.)

City trash pickup is on Thursdays. Please put all bagged trash in the bins provided.

Are to be in designated fire rings only. Please make yourself aware of Lauderdale County and Alabama State burn bans. Make sure to extinguish all fires before going to sleep or leaving the campsite.
Cutting down any trees is not allowed and will result in immediate eviction from the property.

RV types allowed: Motorhomes (A, B, and C), fifth-wheels, and travel trailers.
No business activities allowed.
Working on vehicles must be pre-approved.
Shirts and appropriate attire must be worn when walking in the park.
The renter shall not sublet the site or otherwise reassign the rental agreement. Doing so will result in immediate eviction.
No brandishing of firearms, or any drug activity permitted. Renters violating either of these rules will be evicted immediately and without refund.
No sleeping in tow vehicles.
Limit of 5 people per RV site.
Expressly Prohibited: RVs over 50 AMPs, Tiny Homes, and Park Models. Tents, tent campers, pop-ups, truck campers, vehicles on a truck or semi-truck chassis, or such other units not specifically manufactured to be sold as a recreational vehicle and any recreational vehicles not equipped for full utility hookups to water, sewer, and electrical systems. Semi Truck sleepers or semi-truck tow vehicles.

Renting in Shoals Creek RV Park constitutes acceptance of these Rules. This agreement and any attached addendum constitute the entire agreement between the parties and no oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties herein that if any of this rental agreement is invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Refusal to abide by the Rules herein may result in termination of the Rental Agreement, and eviction from the RV park without refund.
